3. Artists will be assigned randomly to ensure fairness.
4. No refunds will be issued after payment.
5. If you are unable to remain in the venue to speak to your artist/gposer, please inform us in advance.
6. Turnaround time (TAT) may vary.

SERVICES

TERMS OF SERVICE

1. The turn-around-time (TAT) for commissions is at most 2 weeks from the opening date. Customers may request for a more accurate TAT from their respective artist/GPoser.2. We highly recommend coming prepared with clear reference photos of your character before speaking with your assigned artist/GPoser.3. If your Dark Arts commission features a character of a different race or gender than your vanilla version, please specify this when placing your order with queue staff.4. Mystery Art pieces are offered at a lower price point because the design and style are left entirely up to the artist. If you would like more specific requests, please select the Portrait service instead.5. Requests to include weapons are at the artist’s discretion. Some artists may decline, while others may accept. If accepted, any additional cost for weapon design will be set by the individual artist.6. Please keep in mind that Gochuumon commissions are offered in exchange for gil only. While artists will do their best to capture your character, requests should remain reasonable. Excessive nitpicking or repeated revision demands may result in future refusal of service.

QUEUING SYSTEM

Gochuumon uses a Discord-based queue system for all commissions.To place an order, join our Discord server. Queues open 10 minutes before venue opening in the #art-queue and #gpose-queue channels.When it’s your turn, you’ll receive a DM from Queue Bot. Please be present in the venue and approach our floor crew at the queueing area. Check the staffs' apron color and tag to make sure you’re in the right line.

To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, we kindly ask all guests to respect the order of the queue. Our team is here to assist if you have any questions or concerns.
