3. Artists will be assigned randomly to ensure fairness.
4. No refunds will be issued after payment.
5. If you are unavailable during or before your scheduled time, please inform us in advance.
6. Turnaround time (TAT) may vary.
7. The final painting may differ slightly from session to session, but we guarantee it will meet the agreed-upon quality standards.
8. Feel free to discuss any additional polishing or changes within reason with your assigned artist.

QUEUING SYSTEM

Gochuumon uses a Discord-based queue system for all commissions.To place an order, join our Discord server. Queues open 10 minutes before venue opening in the #art-queue and #gpose-queue channels.When it’s your turn, you’ll receive a DM from Queue Bot. Please be present in the venue and approach our floor crew at the queueing area. Check the staffs' apron color and tag to make sure you’re in the right line.

To ensure a smooth experience for everyone, we kindly ask all guests to respect the order of the queue. Our team is here to assist if you have any questions or concerns.
